If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, a fine of $200 per pet or more may be imposed. ★ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening. ★ QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. ★ SMOKING: NO SMOKING is allowed in this home.
